Two American college friends backpacking through Eastern Europe are lured by another traveler to what is supposedly a bordello in a Slovakian hostel. Initially thinking they will be able to indulge their sexual fantasies, they soon discover that in reality they are being led to a chamber of horrors. SEX/NUDITY 9 - A man and a woman have sex in bed: the woman thrusts on top of the man (her bare breasts and the side of her buttocks are visible and his bare chest is visible), he caresses her breasts, and four young men who are in the same room watch them.
► Two young men with two young women have sex in separate beds, in the same room: the women thrust on top of the young men and their bare breasts and buttocks are visible.
► A man thrusts with a young woman in a restroom stall (her bare breasts are visible); he photographs his actions on his telephone and sends it to his friends.

► Three young men and two young women sit in a spa together (the men have towels around their waists and the women are fully nude, revealing their breasts and pubic region); they talk, and one man opens his towel to show another man his genitals after talking about having shaved a part of his body. Two nude young women dress as three young men enter the room (bare breasts and buttocks are visible); two nude young women dress in a room as one young man enters the room (bare breasts and buttocks are visible).
► A man watches porn on TV: we see two nude women (bare breasts are visible) kiss another woman. A young man goes into a room in a brothel, a woman in the room invites him in, she removes her bra revealing her bare breasts, and her bare buttocks are visible through a thong (they do not have sex).
► A young man shows other people photographs of fully nude women (their breasts and pubic region visible), and a few show him in sexual positions with them. A young man takes a picture of a man's bare buttocks with a face drawn on it. A young man in boxer shorts is chained to a chair and we see his bare chest and legs (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).
► A man touches a young man's knee, the young man yells at the man, and he leaves. A young man tells another young man to have sex with a man.
► A young man and a young woman dance and kiss. Young men and young women dance together in several nightclub scenes.

VIOLENCE/GORE 10 - A man reaches to the floor of a restroom, a hand from a neighboring stall grabs his and cuts two of his fingers off with a scalpel; the man screams, while blood pours, a young man breaks the stall door down, grabs the man, shoves his head in the toilet and nearly drowns him, picks his head up and slashes his throat (blood pours as the cut opens).
► A man with a scalpel approaches a young man who is restrained in a chair: he bends down behind the young man, the young man screams frantically (we do not see what's going on), the young man tries to get up from the chair, and we see that his Achilles tendons have been severed; they split and he flops to the floor unable to walk, whereupon the man grabs him by the head and we hear a crack (he presumably breaks his neck).
► A man with a saw walks toward a young man chained in a chair, he slips in vomit and blood on the floor, and he falls dropping the saw on his leg; his leg is severed, blood gushes, the man thrashes, and the young man frees himself and shoots the man in the head.
► A man with a saw approaches a young man who's gagged and chained into a chair: the man holds the saw above him and begins to bring it down toward the young man, the young man vomits, and the man brings the saw down and cuts off two of the young man's fingers (we see them fall off, blood spurts and the young man screams).
► A young man goes into a room where a young woman is screaming and a man leaning over her is using a torch to burn her face; the young man shoots the man, and we see the young woman with her eye hanging out of her head and a badly burned patch of skin around it -- the young man cuts the piece off and light colored goo oozes from the wound.
► A young man passes out from alcohol and drugs, and he wakes up in a dingy room, chained to a chair with a cover over his head (he can see through a small hole): a man walks around him, the young man sees a table of surgical implements, the man approaches him, the young man pleads, the man holds a drill, drills several holes into the young man's body (we see blood trickling from each one and there's flesh attached to the drill bit, but do not see the drill going into the body), and the young man screams and vomits (we see goo).
► A young man who is chained into a chair is approached by a man with long shears, the man slashes at the young man's face, and snaps the shears (although we do not see it, it appears that a part of his ear has been cut off); the man then snaps the shears at the young man's head, and slams the young man with a hooked device (we hear the young man screaming and pleading and see the bloody results).
► We see a man's severed head sitting on a shelf (there is blood around the neck). A man collects dead and dismembered bodies, and a young man hides under a pile of bodies and parts; a severed hand falls on the floor, the man picks it up and puts it back on the cart, then pulls large pieces off the cart and cuts them into smaller pieces with a large knife.
► Several children stand in a street blocking a car from passing, one child throws a bottle that hits a man on the head, and other children pound on the car and on the two men inside (we see a man's head dented from a blow and blood pools under his head).
► A young man walks through an abandoned plant and walks past a room where he sees a young man lying on a table with his chest open and covered with blood and a man with a scalpel standing over him.
► A young man's body lies on a table, we see him with many bloody wounds, and his mouth is stitched shut. A young man is dragged by two men through a dark hallway, they pass rooms where people are being tortured, and we see a bloody body hanging from the ceiling; we hear people screaming, and we hear hacking and punching.
► A woman screams and cries, we see her strapped into a chair, a large man approaches her with a large cutting device, and he puts it on her toes; she screams, he squeezes, and the scene ends.
► A young man drives into three people on the street, two are thrown and are killed (we see pooling blood around them) and the third is hit by another speeding car -- we hear a crunch and see flesh and blood splatter.
► A young woman walks along a train platform, a train approaches, she jumps in front of it, and we see blood and matter splatter on people on the platform.
► Puddles of blood are mopped into a drain, and we see teeth floating in the puddles, as well as a blood-covered implement (it looks like garden shears). We see a man spraying down a blood-covered room.
► Two young men walk through a museum of torture where they see various implements of torture, and we hear recorded screaming while a mechanized man in a mask lunges toward one young man and then sits back down.
► A young man hits a man in the head with a heavy hammer. At a police roadblock a man is pulled out of his car and beaten. A young man tackles a boy who has stolen his cell phone and holds him around the throat (the boy gags when he is let go).
► A young man is chained into a chair, he struggles and screams and whimpers, two men enter the room, and one holds a gun to the young man's chest. Several children with sticks and clubs threaten a young man for money.
► A man talks about getting a "rush" when thinking about committing violent acts against another human being. A young man talks about having watched a little girl drown when he was a boy, hearing the screams of her mother, and having nightmares about the incident for many years after that.
► People throw bottles at three people who are making noise in a street late at night.
